He combines intricate lyricism, melodies, and story-telling through an array of musical expressions. From singing odes to the elderberries, to rapping flows for the lion’s mane, he’s weaving a mycelial web of NW herbal hip-hop. Torin is a Lorax in the rap game, he is passionate about environmental activism and indigenous sovereignty. From Standing Rock, to Oak Flat, to Fairy Creek, he uses his music to spread awareness about these sacred lands being desecrated.
