We will explore the qualities and characteristics of each Dosha type, and through Self-Observation (Svadyaya) analyze what yours might be. Finally, we will look into general tips and overviews on keeping your Dosha-type in-balance through general guidelines on diet, lifestyle, and introspection of our True nature.

Sarah Dunfee is a NAMA Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner with an educational background in Ayurvedic studies, treatments, and Panchakarma from The Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the Ayurvedic College for Wellbeing in Rincon, Puerto Rico and Vaidyagrama in Coimbatore, India. Sarah runs her hybrid practice online and in-person, offering Ayurvedic consultations, treatments, and educational classes through her business, Bhumi Shakti Ayurveda, LLC, operating out of Siskiyou Ayurveda clinic in Ashland, Oregon. Sarah is also is a faculty member of the Banyan Botanicals Living Ayurveda Internship programs, serves as a sub-committee member for the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA), and worked with the Chopra team for two years as the Student Advisor of Chopra Health Programs alongside publishing content articles on chopra.com.
