Together we will learn the basics of spiritual cleansing and four ways to go about this important hygiene by calling on & using the four elements to maintain a clear auric field.
Drawing on traditions from Central America, you will learn basic self-care techniques for a fire cleanse, an air cleanse, an earth cleanse and a water cleanse.
To conclude, we will make a Florida Water, a traditional alcohol based, herbal infused water that is an essential ingredient used for offerings, cleanses, and spiritual work in Central America.
