In this class I will show you how to identify where in your body you lack range of motion, as well as the tools to expand those ranges. We will explore the body in a gentle and intentional way to locate deficiencies in our structure, while gaining a greater understanding of how our daily habits affect us. If we wish to pick up our grandchildren one day, continue to help others in need, and enjoy the deliciousness of a healthy moving body in our seasoned, elder years, then we need to work on our mobility every day. I will show you a simple and effective morning routine that you can start right away no matter where you are at in your movement journey. Everyone is welcome.
