Learn the three main pillars of the immune system and how to strengthen them to gain the highly resilient immunity we all need in these times. Prema will address other common aspects affecting immune function, including chronic toxicity, chronic infections and auto-immune issues, and how to harmoniously resolve these stressors using herbs and herbal preparations, along with effective functional lab work analysis methods. He will also review adjunctive dietary and lifestyle tips that bolster our protective energies. Get empowered by understanding these potent traditional and modern techniques for regenerating precious immunity.

Prema has been practicing clinical herbalism for the last ten years and nine months. A life-threatening childhood illness, and later depression/suicidal ideation in his teen years, brought him to the depths of despair. The lowest point of these shattering and traumatic experiences came in his late teens, which simultaneously catalyzed an intense quest for healing traditions that have the potential to heal disease at every level. Prema passionately pursues healing traditions from different cultures.

He has studied clinical nutrition, spending seven years learning from Dr. Robert Marshall (President of the International and American Associations of Clinical Nutritionists), and Dr. Linda Forbes OMD. He also spent five years studying with Dr. James Overman ND, and his grandson Dr. Eric Pierce ND. Prema also draws from functional lab work analysis methods taught by Dr. Datis Kharrazian. Prema’s early clinical experiences caused him to primarily gravitate towards ayurvedic herbalism, a system in whose methods he has found the best results for his clientele, especially when applied with an understanding of current scientific research.
