Scarlet will lead us through the ancient origins of the Cacao Ceremony which has been used for the past 4000 years with the Meso -American civilizations such as the Olmec, Zapotec, Mayan and Aztec cultures.
Cacao is considered the ultimate Theobromine (Food of the Gods) and possesses many significant mood enhancing components such as dopamine, serotonin and anandamide- the bliss molecule. Not only is this a beautiful and fun way to spend quality time in community, this ceremony also creates more awareness of our heart space, in which we seed our dreams.
Scarlet is a local yoga teacher, musician, ceremonialist and root worker known for holding comfy and cozy sacred space.
