Join Sean T Fox for Shentara Daoist Qigong. We will be breathing, stretching and flowing through this ancient medicine in action to explore the alchemy of breath, embodied movement and meditation.

Qigong is a union of Body, Breath and Spirit into a harmonious flow state. We use gentle, easy movements and dynamic stretching guided by breath and intention. The acupuncture meridians are accessed, squeezing out stress, tension and trauma from our cells, tissues and internal organs. Through these practices we can find greater harmony and strength in movement, increased vitality and boosted immune function.

This donation-based class is for anyone interested in movement, martial arts, yoga, functional fitness and meditation, and it is suitable for all levels from total beginners to advanced practitioners. It is designed to make the movement of Qi a fully tangible experience and to increase the healthy circulation of this life force energy. 

This is a great way to connect deeper with your body, mind and the energies of Nature. Side effects may include activated energy, feelings of joy and deep relaxation. Wear loose, free fitting clothes and bring water to drink.
